1. Donations
- All donations made to Deo Public Charitable Trust are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless specifically agreed otherwise under extraordinary circumstances.
- Once a donation has been received and acknowledged through our payment gateway or receipt, we cannot provide refunds.
2. Incorrect Transactions
If you believe that:
- a transaction was made in error,
- an amount was deducted incorrectly, or
- you accidentally made a duplicate donation,
please contact us within 7 working days of the transaction. After verifying the details, we will review and, if valid, process a refund within 10–15 working days.
3. Event Registrations or Campaign Contributions (if applicable)
If you contribute toward a specific event or campaign, cancellation or refund requests will be considered only if the event is canceled by us or if a technical error occurred during payment processing.
4. Tax Exemption Certificates
Once issued, 80G certificates (or any other applicable tax receipts) cannot be canceled or reissued for refunded amounts. If a refund is approved, such receipts will stand void.
5. Returns Policy
As we are a charitable trust, we do not deal with physical goods or services for sale. Therefore, a returns policy does not apply to us.
